How fascinating that many women will lie when asked their age but not about how long they have been married. Despite changing times and attitudes, marriage is still a defining life event. When asked by our sons for advice, John and I could only tell them while it is WONDERFUL to have someone to share goods times, having someone to stand by you during hard times can change your life.
